Social Equity And Making A Positive Impact

Socíale's inclusive, impact-driven mission is at the heart of everything we do. As part of our social equity charter, the majority of our employees hail from communities historically underrepresented in the labor market. In addition, we have built our business with a particular focus on BIPOC- and female-owned cannabis brands and vendors. Through these partnerships, we hope to shift the cannabis industry to a space with more gender and racial equity.
